By law, we can only work with healthcare professionals who are authorised to work in the UK.

We may not be the right agency for you

Sadly, we are only able to recruit agency workers who are authorised to work in the UK and have current, unrestricted NMC or HCPC pins (excluding healthcare assistants).

2. Which certification applies to you?

Why are you asking this?

We recruit nursing professionals registered with the NMC or HCPC.

We may not be the right agency for you

At ProCare Staffing, we can only work with NMC or HCPC registered professionals or experienced HCAs and nursing associates.

Unfortunately, we have had to close HCA applications for now. Our clients currently have a high demand for registered nurses and therefore our recruitment resources are focused on processing applications from registered nurses.

We will re-open HCA applications once this demand changes. Please continue to check our website periodically so you don’t miss out when our HCA applications re-open. Thank you for your understanding. In the meantime, you can visit our blog for content that may be of interest.

3. How much experience do you have?

Why are you asking this?

We need specialists in their field who have gained the experience and confidence required to be launched into action in unfamiliar environments at short notice.

We may not be the right agency for you

Sadly, we are only able to recruit agency workers who have a minimum of 6 months experience, sometimes more, in their specialism.

We would love you to get in touch with us again once you have gained more experience.

4. Are you able to pick up shifts with less than 4 hours’ notice, when available?

Why are you asking this?

Our professionals are there for clients when no one else can be. Being a ProCare Staffing worker means being able to pick up last-minute shifts when you are available. We make sure our workers are compensated for their commitment with exceptional pay rates.

We’re currently looking for nurses to work last-minute shifts

Our clients rely on our workers to be available when no one else can support them. If you do not feel that you would be available at short notice, then sadly we cannot accept your application at this time.

We are looking to offer more advance notice work to our nurses in the future. If you’d be interested in hearing more about this when it is available, click on the button below and leave your details via the form and we’ll make sure you’re one of the first to hear about it.

5. Would you be willing to travel to another area to support clients?

Why are you asking this?

We provide vital support across the length and breadth of the country. Our agency workers often need to travel, but we ensure all travel expenses are covered.

We’re currently looking for nurses who can travel for shifts

Our clients rely on our workers to be available when no one else can support them. If you do not feel that you would be available to travel long distances, then sadly we cannot accept your application at this time.

We are looking to offer more advance notice work to our nurses in the future, which could mean less travelling required.
