Description:
Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them – focussing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
Requirements:
- Qualified Paramedic
- Current professional registration (HCPC)
Duties:
- Evidence of continued professional development
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Proven experience in either: Accident & Emergency, Primary Care environments or Minor
- injuries / illness
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient centred values and non-judgmental approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Disclosure and Barring Service disclosure at the enhanced level is required for this role. A risk assessment will be undertaken if necessary
- A HMPPS (Her Majesties Prison and Probation Service) clearance is required for this
- role in accordance with Ministry of Justice, plus local prison vetting
